Pyeniny

Pyeniny is a mobile app audio guide to Pieniny – one of the most picturesque mountain ranges in Central Europe. The fascinating stories, legends, beliefs and myths were enclosed in 25 tales told by the mysterious mountain spirit. To provide a unique experience, the app takes advantage of GPS technology which allows to lead tourists along the routes and play particular recordings precisely in places they describe. The heart of the project is the hand-drawn map which guides the travellers. The app does not use other media to do not distract the users from the natural wonders around them.

Light Bank

The challenge that the design team tried to address was to demonstrate that a financial product can be simple to understand, visually appealing and pleasant to use. By creating the concept of Light Bank the designers have aimed to illustrate that a human-centered approach can increase the value of the financial service. In the process of designing the Light Bank, the team gained inspiration from nature and integrated it into the banking solution, providing a design approach that differs from the commonly used in banking design.

Grades Dont Matter

Grades Don’t Matter is an alternative education platform that aims to gear India from being an ‘academic centric’ to a ‘skill-centric’ society; It basically, bridges the gap between ‘degrees’ and ‘skills’. App offers guidance for 30 odd career options and has more than 350 video lessons. The app is unique as it does not claim to be a master-class but a guiding force that helps youth make right career decisions. Unlike any other app, it comes in short 3 to 4 minutes of video session accounting for the short attention span of the youth today.

Music Zen

The app’s design is intended to reflect its goal of aiding relaxation. To achieve this an intuitive User Experience Design is paramount, and thus Apple’s Interface Guidelines are followed creating an unobtrusive User Interface. The User Interface Kit is animated, light, contrasty and transparent making it easy to apply any colored background. This decision helped improve the user flow as backgrounds throughout include vivid nature scenes from all over the world.
